• For starters, and this is an obvious one... You need to be able to DJ :)

  • This can be done in the traditional sense, using decks & software etc. but if you DJ with a DAW, that's okay too!​​​

• You're gonna need to be confident using a Mic, or be prepared to receive some Mic training!​

  • Don't worry if you don't have a mic, we'll provide a method for you to record your voice.​ This will be discussed upon acceptance.

• You need to be comfortable using a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation).​

  • If you're not, you need to be willing to buy/download one on your computer and you shall be trained!​

​

• You need satisfactory internet access, strength & speed.​​

  • We're not expecting extreme live-streamer/gamer speed, but as a MXD DJ, you'll be doing quite a bit of stuff online!​

​

• You need to be able to meet deadlines.​​

  • To maintain professionalism, we sure our shows are mixed, processed and sent out to our partner stations ahead of time, to ensure they have the latest shows and any potential errors can be corrected before the broadcasts.​

​

• You need to have a basic understanding of the English Language

  • Don't worry, when we mean basic, we literally mean... you must know what words are classed as profanity, to ensure we comply with UK National Broadcasting regulations.
